Residential & Commercial HVAC/R
Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Services
Sales, service and installation on all major brands across Durango, Hermosa and Southwest Colorado, from a NATE-certified owner who answers his own phone.
Forced-air systems, heat pumps and dual-fuel setups heat a large share of Southwest Colorado homes. Legacy HCR repairs, replaces and installs them for residential and commercial properties, including system design for new installs, on all major brands.
Ground-source systems draw on steady underground temperatures to heat and cool a property. Legacy HCR installs, repairs, maintains and designs geothermal systems for owners looking beyond standard forced-air heat.
Furnaces and boilers do the heavy lifting through mountain winters. Whether you need a repair, a full replacement or a new installation, the job starts with an inspection, and maintenance programs keep the heat on all season.
Summer days in Southwest Colorado get hot. Legacy HCR handles A/C site assessments, inspections, repairs, installations, replacements and maintenance for homes and businesses.
Mini-splits are a smart fit for homes without ductwork, additions and single rooms. As a ductless specialist, Legacy HCR installs, repairs, evaluates and upgrades ductless and mini-split systems.
Control-system zoning lets you heat or cool by room or area instead of the whole building at once. Legacy HCR sets up zoning, programmable controls and Wi-Fi thermostats you can adjust from your phone.
A warm cooler or an ice machine that stops making ice can shut a kitchen down fast. Legacy HCR repairs, installs and maintains refrigeration for restaurants, grocery stores and walk-in coolers, with maintenance programs unique to each property.
Breakdowns do not wait for business hours. Legacy HCR takes emergency heating, cooling and refrigeration calls 24 hours a day. Call (970) 799-2333.
